* Social Distancing will be strictly enforced * Face Masks are to be worn at all times while on property including game play * Temperature checks will be administered * Teams will be escorted in and out of the playing areas * No shaking hands * Court sanitation will be done in between games * Game and Practice equipment (Volleyball) will be sanitized after every period of usage between teams * Teams will be placed in a Waiting Area then will be marshaled in * Teams will play with in the same group * Teams will not switch sides after games * Teams will play on the same court * If teams are not playing, they must be off property or in their hotel rooms * Teams must arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of their wave time |
PHILOSOPHY: Organized practices facilitated by Jam On It will be classified as Friendship Games. We will ensure that no teams engage in any physical interaction with any opposing teams. Teams will not be switching courts during play and Covid-19 protocols along with social distancing will be strictly enforced during practices. Any shared equipment (Volleyball) will be sanitized after every period of usage between teams to avoid cross contamination.
ORGANIZED PRACTICE SCHEDULE: * Practice Time Available (Fridays) * (4) Matches Guaranteed (3 games in each match) * Games will be played in one 1-4 Hour Wave (Saturdays only) * Game (Long Sleeve Shirt) Uniform provided and must be worn to compete * 20 Minute Games * No score will be kept and no line judging, no officials * Two (30) Second Timeouts * Rosters are locked 24 Hours prior to game * All players and manager must have a current AAU Card

All paid entries will then have the option of attending the tournament on the rescheduled ate or receiving a full refund upon request.
